Casino Ten Commandments at BJ Table

I found a Ten Commandments Card issued by a casino at BJ table whcih advises players play basic strategies AND count cards! Other commandments are also interesting including don't play at crowded tables and stop when winning. Dealers do not follow casino's guidelines though cut 2 decks (from 1.5 on 6 decks) on me as soon as I won some money and spreaded up.

It is not

appropriate to name the casino at a public board. Other commandments include:
1. Positive attitude.
2. Don't play if casino people are rude.
3. Don't overbet, don't borrow money to gamble.
4. Don't gamble under influence of drinks.

An exception to the standard rules...

...surely exists here, if the casino in question is encouraging patrons to count cards then I am sure they would want you to give them the free publicity that providing us with a name would give them.

Pros and Cons

I do not know what will be the consequence of nameing a casino here. The casino will know I went, for sure. Other casinos may think it is inappropriate and convince the casino to change the policy... The card may be just the idea of a staff who may be condmned if the casino name is disclosed...
