This chip is best because it does not use any pre instruction caches, and will stay in sleep, low power mode, more often than more modern ones (though this chip uses other new design tricks that make it very powerful even by today's standards).
Bottom line is not the legality; it is the speed of your playing. Moving your toes is not as fast as using your mind. You can play enough hands per hour more to not only make more money per hour, but to also have more certainty of winning per hour of play.
