sometimes a dealer will get 2 aces in his hand,is it possible to memorise the cards which are involved in this hand and watch for them as they come out in the next shoe.Is there a good chance that they will be close together?
Since the dealer's hand is played face-up, any hit cards added to it will be below the aces when he puts his cards face-down into the discard stack. The key is to watch which cards go onto the discard pile after (above) the face-down aces, since those cards will be above the aces when it's time to shuffle.
Obviously, the aces don't have to be in the dealer's hand. And there are other tricks. Think about it.
Ok say you remember 3 cards before the ace and 3 cards after, then in the next shuffle you see 2 of these come out,is the a good chance that the ace will come in the next say 5 cards? And how much of a chance
It depends on how the casino shuffles and how "perfectly" the dealer rifles the cards. With a perfect rifle the Ace will be 2 cards below the card that was on top of it before the shuffle. Another perfect rifle leaves it 4 cards down, etc... Be careful because if the deck is stripped or cut between these two cards it can throw the whole thing off. I have no experience trying this in a casino but found the idea mentioned in a book by John May. I suppose if you find a "good" shuffle with little stripping of the cards and a consistent dealer you could become fairly accurate at predicting when an ace or two will appear. If anyone has more insight I think it would be interesting to hear.
