Card counting cases in AC

Anyone remember another case back in the days of Uston v Resorts Int'l. where it was ruled card counting is not illegal? I'm not referring to Campione v Tropicana. I believe there was a second case around Ustons time involving an Atlantic City casino.

card counting has never been illegal

The question in New Jersey was whether casinos could eject players and bar players in absence of special regulations from the New Jersey Gaming Commission allowing casinos to take such actions. (Actions in direct conflict with New Jersey's existing public accommodation laws).

Hyland?

Wasn't there a case involving Tommy Hyland, or was that elsewhere?

Thanks..but it was around the time of the Uston case and wasn't either Campione or Hyland. I told the guy involved I couldn't come up with a name.

....dealt with the right of a player to sue for false imprisonment after being backroomed and forced to produce ID at Caesars AC.
