you didnt specify S17 or H17 so here is both
4D CSM with those rules is
S17 -.24
H17 -.42
6D Shoe with those rules
S17 -.26
H17 -.46

Did you mean -0.22 for 4-deck? I agree with your other three values. The difference between 4- and 6-deck for s17 is more than 0.02. The former should be -0.22 if aces may be split to four hands and -0.23 if to three hands. When I said I agreed with the other values, it would be for resplitting to four hands.
