This Selzer-McKenzie appears to be somebody who goes around looking for un-copyrighted material on the internet, and re-publishes it under his name. He claims many publications on other forms of gambling and other subjects as diverse as cars, trucks, desserts, sports, travel, and much more. There are a lot of people out there doing this kind of thing.
While Wattenberger's ebook is a very large piece of work and well done, it does not really say anything new that cannot be found in dozens of other books and in these discussion forums. Blackjack books do not make much money because they have a small market group. The main thing that sets this ebook apart from other blackjack books is that it relies heavily on his software products and presents methods of how to use his software. It appears to be a marketing tool for his products, which is perfectly fair.
Wattenberger has copyrighted his software products and has had to take legal actions previously to protect his business, so he is familiar with the process and the necessity. If Wattenberger did copyright his ebook, he has legal options. If he did not copyright it, he set himself up for theft and should just suck it up and take it like a man. Afterall, he's not losing any money, and maybe Selzer-McKenzie's publishing will generate him some extra software product sales.
