I'm trying to find out how often, in the long run, a given hand will occur in a six-deck game. For example, how often will I be dealt a blackjack? 1%, 2%, 3%...of the time? How often will I be dealt a 10-6 against the dealers 10? How often will I push? What percentage of hands will allow me to split? Etc...etc...
Does anyone know where I can find this info?

Tables D in Professional Blackjack. For instance hard 16 is 1679/100,000 or less than 2% of the time. (could have sworn it was higher:)
Don't know exaclty all the information you wanted but Professional Blackjack by Standford Wong would be a good start. Also, Blackjack happens about once in every 20 times for 6 decks. Single Deck is just a little higher.
