Basic Strategy Charts Alone Worth the Price
I own the 1st edition and the 3rd edition revised 2005. Aside from the cover illustration of Caesars under nuclear attack (I wonder who thought that one up), there are over 200 more pages of information, charts and tables, that quite frankly many of which are "above my payscale" (to quote Mr. Obama).
Included in the most recent edition are a set of basic strategy charts for 1-2 and multi-deck games that are not included in earlier editions. Don says these are, without a doubt, correct and the best ever published. They are unique for sure and, for the games that I play, are a bit more aggressive than your standard, game specific, basic strategy charts.
I have adopted these charts and feel that alone they are worth the price of the book.
Hope this helps,
