anyone out there have experience/advice on team formation? i'm thinking of 5 or less members.

The most important ingredient that anyone will tell you is trust. If you don't trust your partners, you should never invest in the team.
Much has been written on this toic in the classics. Have you not read these, or are you asking for elaboration on points within them? As always, I do not mean to sound rude...but if you are asking how to set up a team, I'm not sure you are prepared to design one.

Do you have any ideas about the way you want to structure a team? It might be easier if you started by stating �I want to structure a team like� Is there a problem with this method?�
Have you looked at all the Blackjack Forum articles related to tames in the archive at www.blackjackforumonline.com?

"we've" been working on him for quite a while. He's become a counter after getting a lot of math lectures about progressions, quite a bit of it over on hitorstand.net...
So he's "coming along" although he's perhaps rushing things with planning a team...
