For those of you whom have BJRM can somebody tell me the indice plays for splitting 10s vs 5 and 6 for KO; it should be in Systems 101. Thanks to anybody that can help!

6D H17 indices are 10/8/6 ....S17 12/9/8.
What is that suppose to mean?
Starting with a -20 IRC for a six deck.
Splitting 10's: H17 +10 4up, +8 5up +6 6up......S17 +12,+9,+8.
