You can get effects of removal for common rules variations by going to the website in the below link, clicking 'Software' and downloading the program cdca (Comp Dependent Combinatorial Analyzer - console version.)
In the program you will need to first set number of decks, rules, and compute mode (compute using optimal or full shoe basic composition dependent strategy.) After setting desired values, choose 'Compute effects of removal' to display effects of removal for whatever was input.
But this program computes only the overall EORs. What I need are the ES EORs like those in Griffin�s work on pages 74-85. There are accurate and detailed effects of removal tables in BJA3 even for late surrender, but I am interested in early surrender. I used the web version of this software to come to some results and then I approximated proportionately the raw data so that the sum of EORs is as closely to zero as possible. Maybe I am not too far from the truth.
Do you want EORs versus each individual up card? If that's the case I guess you could just remove and replace each rank, computing overall EV for each removal and the compare to full shoe EV for each up card. (The program outputs EV versus each individual up card.)
In the console version, pressing 'enter' sets removals to 0 for the rank being input. After removals have been input, choosing 'Compute overall' computes EVs for the removals that are currently input.
