One deck head up against dealer shuffled after every round.
Dealer hits soft 17.
Double down on 10 and 11 only.
Double after split permitted.
Split anything, one time only.
Early surrender vs. anything but ace.
All player two-card 21=blackjack (pays 3 to 2), e.g., 10 on split ace.

by player=automatic win
by dealer=dealer stand
