Trump has introduced a new carnival game called Double Attack Blackjack and I am pretty sure it can be beat. I would prefer to analyze it with off the shelf software than write new software myself, though I am pursuing both paths. Anyone have any suggestions on what software might be useful? The following is the structure of the game:
Spanish 21 deck. Player places bet, dealer deals his single upcard. At this point the player can double their bet. Next the player's hands are dealt up and the dealer's second card is dealt down. The player can double both bets at anytime and can surrender at anytime, including after doubling.
This game has so many options I am sure that a profitable strategy and count can be devised. The game was developed by a dealer, so I am sure the analysis was pretty light. I already have a very efficient count strategy for a side bet the game offers, but have yet to even develop a basic strategy for this game.
Any software suggestions?
