I'm a beginner counter, and i'm wondering what software to purchase? Any advice on the latest, bad ass, programs out there? I looked at Casino Verite BJ, and it looked awesome. I'm also planing to start with Stanford Wong's High-Low system. Thanks y'all.

I recommend CV. It comes pre-loaded with HiLo, but KO has to be programmed in. Copyright issues...
Anyway, it took my about 20 to 30 minutes to manually enter the KO values into CV, including the 18 index play departure numbers.
Another good thing about CV is the author responds to inquiries about using it very quickly. He is also a regular poster at AP.com.
It is a great practice tool; well worth the money IMHO.
..on the regular CV, you have to program in the KO. With the CVCX program they were allowed to use the name in the pre-run sims...go figure...damn lawyers....we should bill them the 20 mins of our time:)
