if you have a 10K bank and figure out a 1-4 spread to beat the single deck game with a 10-15% ROR and then you do the same for double deck with that same 10k-is the 10K enough to play both games or do you need 10K plus 10K or 20 thousand to play both games.
Fragmented banks don't make sense. If you have 20K then size bets to your 20K. Don't divide it into two bankrolls. You make bets one at a time based on your edge and the variance you are looking at on that particular bet. It makes absolutely no difference what game or investment it is. A bet is a bet.

it makes no difference. It would make neither any sense to divide the 10K into two 5K banks, nor would it make sense to skip an opportunity to play a good 2D game when your SD was not available. If you are sizing your bets to the same long term risk of ruin in each game you will have the same ROR as if all your hours were spent at one of the games.
