Bad Shoe
i play at a casino that uses a shuffle machine so there at 2 shoes that are alternated, with different colar backs that are used. i was playing a 4 deck the other day, and the shoe had no cut card, the shoe we were playing was blue and then all of a sudden red cards were dealt. the dealer obviously knew something was f#cked up and he tried to hide it. I got cleaned out that shoe and in hindsite i was wondering if there is any way to get your lost money back if the casinos make a mistake. is there any authority that governs over indian casinos?
