Asian female dealers=PARANOID Shufflers

I DO NOT KNOW if it's encountered elseswhere, but in Reno it seems these Asian gals are far more paranoid and slaves to the house, for most react as if they better reshuffle SD games anytime a player significantly ups his bet during a plus count.

Most seasoned other dealers seem to keep dealing particularly if a toke is bet for them.

Has anyone had simular experience regarding Asian dealers?

And I'm not being racist!

It's just like I've noticed in Poker, Asians GENERALLY play loose and wilder than most whites. Or Like Mike Caro says in his poker books, about blacks playing more self-destructive and aggressive in Poker.

It is a cultural thing

Asians are brought up to be submissive to authority from when they are toddlers. This carries over to being loyal and a "for the house" attitude towards their employers, in this case, the casinos. More likely than not, they will adhere strictly to the house rules and procedures, and not deviate one bit.

I know of two asian dealers, both born and raised here, who give the best shoe penetration at their casinos. So my guess is also cultural, if raised in asia you should expect a loyal casino employee but if not raised there you can not expect the same.
