I've been reading some posts that are critical of certain books. I have one AP friend that trained with LR, but we have different viewpoints on certain indices(namely 77 vs 8 on multiple decks). Our running counts vary due to 5s being +4 in the level four system(sometimes surprisingly so). I use Bryce's count and indices. Have I chosen a poor weapon? I study my indices regularly and I get a lot of free practice in (dealing). But this gentleman knows his stuff, so I quit arguing with him. He taught me an awesome way to side count aces, so I like him anyway. Its not that i am overly concerned with the specific play, I just want to check with the community that I am using a technically sound system. Thanks.
