There has a been a number of threads about Mindplay over the last year and I may have missed any reports of employee reactions to the mindplay machines.
The Mindplay company's website states that the Mindplay,
"software modules provide extensive tools to manage your Surveillance, Player Ratings, Marketing, Financial and Human Resource functions".
I understand this too mean it will allow a cut in jobs in the pit, marketing hosts, surveillance and personnel departments.
How have the blackjack pit employees, surveillance employees, marketing employees and casino hosts reacted to working with a machine that is designed to take away part or all their job functions?
As a point of reference a number of strip casinos fired all their craps boxman last year.
How many employees can a casino fire by putting in the mindplay machines?
