Another Tournament Question
I will be playing in an elimination BJ tournament tomorrow night in which the top two money winners from each table in round one will move to the semi-final rounds, and the top money winner from each table in the semi-final round will move to the final round. The casino's printed rules say "Each player will receive $500.00 in non-value chips at the start of each round of play." What the printed rules don't say, and what I am unclear on, is this: On the semi-final and final rounds, will they add this 500 to your winnings from the previous round(s), or will they start you over each round with $500. In other words, do you carry your winnings over from one round to the next? How is this usually done in tournaments like this?
