Another Shuffle Master story....

I played a SM game last week because the rules seemed pretty good. 6D, DOA,DAS,S17 w/ 1 deck cut off. There is 2 6 deckers at the table. While the red deck is in play, the blue deck is in the machine being shuffled. Well...when it was time to shuffle, the dealer loaded the discards (the Red deck) into the machine, spun it around and took out the freshly shuffled Blue deck. What caught my eye was the 2 Red cards stuck to the bottom of the Blue deck. It was a Ten and an Ace! I called over the critter and complained without success that we were jipped out of a possible BJ in the last deck. He just blew me off, and said that it seems to be ok now. I just let it go. Im sure it was a malfunction of the shuffle, but it's something for us all to be aware of.

I would contact the Gaming Board and demand they examine the device n question and/or the tapes. It is not paranoid or far-fetched to imagine such a thing could happen via design rather than accident, I know some tricks involving csm's are taught for 500 dollars or more, passing down from crossroader to crossroader.

I would like to pursue this personally, any information you feel comfortable sharing would be appreciated.
