Analogies for casinos selecting whom can and can't play bj?

I was thinking of analogies that put the casino practice of selecting whom can and can't play their bj games, into an unfavorable light.

My first thought was a game of "Who wants to be a millionaire", in which anyone who gets a right answer in the pre-game testing, gets the boot because they are a risk to actually win the money. So nobody ever wins the million. Not that anybody would watch the show after a while.

Hmm, analogies. "Booting counters is like..." I dunno. There are probably some funny ones.

People who get the right answer in pre-game testing don't get the boot. Where did you ever get an idea like that??

I think the poster meant the analogy as a hypothetical situation. He's implying that booting skilled players on Millionaire (which they don't do) would make about as much sense as booting them from blackjack games (which they do). I don't believe he's saying that Millionaire actually bars skilled players.

A no win situation for the counter that can gamble as long as they are losing and do not count good enough to win.
This guy is from Egypt or something of that nature.

.. my personal favorite analogy. Instead of highly skilled players, you have morbidly obese customers threatening to eat $250 of Lobster Neuberg for $19.95.

Counters that jump in the middle of single deck deals when the count is high are like those above but who sneak in backpacks to port out a hundred dollars extra.
