Did the late Rob McGarvey's book ever make it through publishing?
It was published but as far as I know he was the only one distributing it. When he passed, so did the source for his book. I'm sure there are still copies floating around but I don�t think there is much demand for them. Also, most people received free personalized copies from him and I don't know how many people would be willing to sell it.
