A short tirade......

To the future posters on the Free BJ Board:

This site is operated at some expense by Stanford Wong, et al. I, for one, have appreciated the site for what it offers and strongly support the dissemination of information which emanates form this and other (green chip) sites.

To Stanford (whom I have not met) and David (whom I have), thank you.

I recognize that this site is a profit center for you. I commend you for your entrepreneurship and hard work. Any profits generated are well deserved. Any derisive comments regarding "selling out" to the casino industry by not restricting access, etc. are simply naive and serve no purpose.

It should be clear that these pages are not private, and are not intended to be restrictive to the degree that industry members can have no access. This is BJ21, not the Masons!

Now to the posters who continually offer drivel and seek to insult others and spar regarding one's opinion being superior to another's:

Lighten up.

There is a reason why the free pages were essentially shut down. Although you have the right to offer any amount of cerebral sewerage in this or any other forum, don't ruin it for the rest of us who eagerly wish to exchange ideas to be better able to use our skills to extract casino money. Join in, have some good, light hearted interaction with some like-minded people, and keep the vicious and derogatory comments to yourself.

Civility is a trait that was quite meaningless to me as a teenager, but has grown in importance as the years roll by.

Enough.

Good luck, good cards, good pen, and may every double down be followed by a dealer bust (at a +6 TC!)

This has nothing to do with why the pages were shut down. They were shut down because a group of people was posting personal and private information about individuals in the advantage play community. The spam and drivel will continue, the threats to individuals will not.

I welcome a dialog with those who were posting personal and private information, about developing a page that furthers their goals. In particular, I would like to develop an "anti-griffin" book on my website, giving the same information about known survelience officers and members of griffin and other anti-advantage play members the same public light that they give the advantageplay community by virtue of their "book."

I think bj21 acted wisely against the "attack". I hope the attackers realize they have reasonable venues in which to pursue their agenda, with the goals of the attacks attainable by other (less disruptive) methods.
