A revised bulletin about the underhanded barring

By the way, about several months ago NJ CCC had a hearing in regard to David's Petition for removal from the barring. I hope there will be some good news soon from David. Best regards GWM

Deprived, how does one get to Carnegie Hall? PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE... Yes, the cut can be done precisely & legally with lots of practices...just think of how a Samurai is able to cut a hair off a guy's Adam's apple without a scratch on his throat... Get it? Again, through the grapewine, I heard that David can track an ace by sequencing and then cut that ace legally on the top of the shoe. He will usually (see footnote 1) get that ace off the top since he sits on the 1st base. Get it? I hope David will drop by here to give you exactly how he does it.

Memo: I have to correct my handle from the "subjunctive" mood to the "indicative mood", thus from GodWorkMysteriously to GodWorksmysteriously. I hope God will work mysteriously to do justice for David.

Footnote 1: By using "selective" video taping technique, casinos could turn the "usual" into 100% at a time! For example, if casinos tape your bj every time you get one, you seem to be too lucky to get bj every time you play. If those tapes were shown to NJ CCC, wouldn't that seem like cheating to NJ CCC & got you barred underhanded? Get it? By the way, casinos seem to own NJ Government. A case on point, recently NJ Goovernment bans (statewide) smoking in public establishments, except you know where!

I too hope Morse would come here and speak about his escapades but I won't hold my breath till he does.

To 'deprived' .. personally, I doubt Morse's technique was simply sequencing and cutting. I'd rather imagine it involved twisting .. and not for the sole purpose of cutting a little card to the bottom.

Twisting, as I understand it, would be cheating in any jurisdiction.

SR, I don't think David cheats by twisting. I surely can be wrong, but I don't think so. Again I hope David will drop by here and give us his first hand lowdown of the case. Meanwhile, Based on what I have read & heard, I think that NJ CCC assumes David is cheating ("twisting"). It's up to David's esq to prove that NJ CCCC's assumption is wrong. That's tough to do...NJ CCC thinks as if it is a military court, which presumes the accused guilty until his innocence can be proven.

I like to use the NJ discriminary no-smoking laws as a scenerio to make a point. NJ Government is like "big hat, no cattle". As I mentioned in another post before, NJ Government loses his credit/integrity among Jerseyans after it bans smoking in public establishments except casinos.

It's a bad joke. It's like New York City Government bans smoking in public establishments except it OKs exclusively for Donald Trump's businesses in the Big Apple! There's no way New Yorkers will take that zhit! However, New Jerseyans swallow the zhit in full, just for the casinos.

Casinos said they needed smokers in order to stay alive. Hey, casinos: give players valuable "services" like LV, you will not die. Don't ever use smokers to save your souls. Shame on you guys for putting your workers & players at cancer risks. The joke is... NJ Government believed casinos' self-serving excuses & exempted them from the no-smoking ban!

The bottom line is: casinos get so much juices that casinos may say almost anything (except for insulting NJ Commissioners' mothers), and casinos will get away with it. So when casinos said David cheated, it believed them too, & NJ CCC asked David to prove casinos wrong, lol.

Here's a rebuttal (part 1) from David's esq:

As a part of this part 2, I provide you guys with a statistic joke.

A tax cheated (with billions of unreported sales of diamonds) asks 3 professionals a question: "How are you guys going to beat the IRS CID's prosecution against me?"

Tax Accountant: "I will win your case by showing "exactly" whatever your numbers shown in your books of sales. The true shall set your free."

Lawyer: "I will win your case by bending the truth just a little bit. You must "rearrange" the book just like Enron's guys, if necessary, in order to show whatever the jury wants to believe in your favor."

Statistician: "I will win your case by "skewed samplings". I will bombard the jury with selective favorable sales data based on your last 20 years of sales." The judge & jury will be fooled by tons of "selective evidence".

Here's the joke for the day about NJ CCC vs David:

About some half way into the lengthened & boring rebuttal, the NJ CCC Chairman interrupted the Counselor:

"Here's the deal. I want to give you guys a break. I'm giving you a pair of dice, and if you role 1 to 6, we will ignore your boring rebuttal at once, and blacklist David immediately ...no matter what."

The Counselor asked: "But what if I roll and get a 7 to 12?"

Chairman replied "Except for the number 12 (the odd of 0.0833 winning chance), You get to roll again & again."

The moral of the joke: The odd is almost always against the little guy when the casinos and NJ CCC want to get you. The cases of Morse & Campione seem to make the above joke believable.

This is the final part of the debuttal. It seems that this is the right time to tell a little story about how �God works in a mysterious way, His wonders to perform thru anyone of us.�

Both Counselors NurseSian & Duffee dreamed of talking to the Almighty.

Almighty: "What seems to trouble you guys, counselors?"

Both Counselors: "Why do you allow those injustices slammed against honest APs by greedy casinos?"

Al: "Guys, please be specific. Refresh my memory please."

Nurse: "Well, how about the casinos' injustices slammed against DD, James, Mathprofessor, Doctor Harry, Cotton, and many Greenbelters, Blackchippers, Greenchippers, etc..."

Duff: "Al, do you hear what Nurse's compliants? In addition to Nurse's, how about the Boardwalk casinos' injustices slammed against Morse, Campione, the Padman, Karl, Kardcounter, Doug Grant�/�, etc...

Al:

" Don't try to out-think Me, the Almighty. "

" I work in mysterious ways and perform wonders. "

No, but after repeated re-insertions, at a minimum you do start looking like a dumb stupid tracker, which sounds like his defense.

Too bad for him, really, if he wasn't breakin' the law. Nobody should be in 'jail' for being stupid or greedy but a lot of people are.
