Could David Mathews possibly modify the boards so that some posts might be movded, and some threads moved, to more appropriate boards? On the beginer BJ board there is a tendency for "answer inflation," where the simple answers keep bringing on more and more sophisticated responses. Posting is an ego thing but perhaps this is drowning the newbies in data? Also there might be a convention started for people to choose to answer, but move further discussions to the Green or Black pages on request. It should not be used to tell someone, "join GC you cheapskate," answers should still be offered as always, but there should be some convention to take things upward, and comeback if you will, without disclosure of some of the more sensitive GC discussions that might out a poster or reveal some of the erasers thrown behind the scenes.
Lacking a process to move threads there should be a slight relaxing of the rules against multiple board trolling where an appropriate notice is given by a poster that they think that a topic is better discussed on one of the more appropriate boards.
