Okay, my first question would be..is it possible to make a living out of this game?
My second question is..when would be the best time to play? Like during the day or at night..and will you ever get caught this way? How should you rotate casinos you go to and how long should your sessions be?
Any help is appreciated...
1. Yes there are some who make a living at this. But it's not an easy gig, especially just straight counting. Many supplement an income and have fun at the same time. Me, I'd have to move to a much larger gambling area to pull off making a living, but I can enjoy myself and take home a few bucks. Pretty cheap entertainment considering they're paying me to have fun.
2. Best time to play, anytime. Day, night, morning, all of the above. All depends on your game, the store, your style, their tolerance, ad nauseum....This question is not going to have a consistent answer. Too many variables.
but if you throw in some other tricks, it becomes more possible.
You may make money for a period of time if finding a candy store or a good loophole. It is not easy though.
Many modest bankrolls, simple math and the ability to memorize more than just a song.
Or the sometimes costly ace reckoning, shuffle tracking or the hard task of hole carding.
that would be -EV, no?
