i have read that normal winning hand percent is 44%.
Is it possible to increase that percent.Has anybody got average winning hand fot example over 46% in few thousand rounds?

As you can see, if you wong in whenever the TC exceeds +14 and wong out when it falls below, you can maintain a win percentage above 46%. Of course, you'll also play only 0.03% of the hands seen.
In fact, according to a sim I ran on CV, if you're willing to forgo all double downs, you'll win more than 46% when the TC exceeds +12. Of course, you'll also lose money on the deal, since DD hands are big money makers.

I tested little bit.And i belive,with counting we can raise our 44%.
For example adjusting your basic strategy.
15v 10 hit when -6
13vs 10 surrender when +6
12vs 6 hit then -6 and so on
I did abaout 400 hands and i get 47%

The focus should not be on percentage of hands won. Computer programmers and mathematicians who have studied the games a great deal have come up with the numbers. You are not going to just walk up with little experience or knowledge and make improvements.
The correct strategies for maximizing your return differ slightly with each count. You need to learn a count system and the strategy that goes with it. By accurately keeping the count you can determine what your advantage is at any given time and use this information to size your wagers. That's what card counting is about.
Right now your questions are so off in so many different directions and filled with so many incorrect assumptions that I doubt that the answers do very much to educate you.
Playing perfect basic strategy in the 6D game, AC rules, and ignoring push, you will win almost exactly 19 decisions out of every 40 and lose almost exactly 21.
Again, ignoring push, the average VALUE of a win is about 1.206 of the initial bet, and the average value of a loss is about 1.099 of the initial bet.
IOW, if you flat bet $10, about 47�% of the time you will win an average of $12.06 and about 52�% of the time you will lose $10.99.
The way to win at this game is not necessarily to increase the % of time you win, but to broaden the ratio between the average win and average loss.

Not a good test. Anything can happen in 400 hands. You need 400 million hands.
You can tilt the advantage a little bit to your side on single deck if you learn composition dependent strategy. For example, when BS says that you should hit 16 vs 10 it depends on the composition. You should stand on 9,7 vs. 10 but hit 10,6 vs. 10. Also a famous example of this is the weird stand 7,7 vs. 10. There are many, many more of composition dependent strategies for three cards. This has not been done with simulations but with calculating the odds hand by hand. This is always assuming a head to head top off the deck game, of course, just like BS.
However,
a) the number of combinations to remember is overwhelming. Only a computer could do it.
a) you will still not gain positive EV! Griffin's "Theory of Blackjack" however quotes that the distribution of wins vs losses becomes even better than the coin toss often used in sporting events. Blackjack would be the ultimate coin toss.
