Congrats--You must be flying high! I don't know your game, and sure don't want to burst your bubble, but I suspect you'll have to pay the price for this at some point (Remember that Lady Variance apparently suffers from an intractable bipolar disorder.)

The really cool thing about Lady Variance though is, she doesn't remember whether the past was positive or negative. The past is the past and the $ he won is in the bag. The player however, does remember the past. In my earlier days, when I experienced a nice positive swing, I subsequently slacked off and didn't do things as perfect as should have been done. This is usually when Lady Variance would soon show her negative side. Then when I was having a negative swing, I was tight as a tic with my game and everything soon went pos again.

I think the main thing to focus on now is your math. Did you over-cook the math of your bank-role? Reexamine your game and your math and don't let your pos variance in the past give you a false sense of security. In other words: DON'T GO AND BLOW IT.

The moral of the story is; always stay tight as a tic with your math and your entire game and never let your guard down.

That is the way I think, too. I think it is great how what I did in the past doesn't affect me now. I look for opportunities to take on the casino and get my money out there. I do get a little lazy once I reach 80 units in the positive on a trip. I need to stop that.

This is part of the reason some of us get such a wide wip-saw variance effect. It is partly self-inflicted. That's why we can NEVER drop our guard. Remember how Rocky got the shi....sters beat out of him by the Mr. T. character? Apollo told Rocky he lost "the edge". No need to take a brutal beating before you learn what NOT to do.

Gotta keep the "eye of the tiger" always in tact my friends.
