The index is 0. It doesn't matter whether or not you play 1 or 10 decks. If you are counting, use the count, not the number of cards. The only exception is on the first hand following the shuffle and you are playing heads up or are first base and can't see the other players' cards. In this case only, composition dependent strategy is optimal. However, the difference is small and probably not worth the headache.
