Worst session ever - how bad?

I just got home from getting hammered tonight. Not in the drinking sense either.

Spreading 1->2x8 units (one unit per true up to +6, two hands of 3/4 unit per true above +6) at 2D, 75% pen. Lost 95 units in 2 hours playing heads up. Trues went as high as +11, lost nearly every time.

Just how bad is this? Am I falling off the back side of the bell curve?

Can anyone give me a bankroll requirements estimate? I figured 600 units for a 5% ROR, but after this loss I am wondering if I am undercapitalized for the spread I am using. TIA.

Is it possible the dealer was cheating? Maybe dealing seconds?

how long have you been playing? I have played same kind of game
and won that many units and lost that many in far less than 2 hrs.(1-10 spread hitting max at +4.)

You were playing heads up, if the dealer was fast you were getting a
LOT if hds/hr.

I'm wondering why you are going up only one unit until +6? You should be at max bet before +7 or 8.

Sounds like a good game, if you have 600 units I don't you have a thing to worry about.

6 big bets in 2 hours is nothing...you can lose a lot more than that in 2 hours. Your bankroll is 37.5 big bets. I don't think most professionals would play with anything less than 50 big bets for a day of play. 2 deck with 75% pen, good rules and fairly uncrowded conditions would involve a lot of volatility.

My biggest $ loss was 14 big bets in 2 hours playing Single Deck. My biggest unit loss was 120 units in 2 hours (12 Big Bets) at a DD game.

My biggest loss on a single round was 6 Big Bets (72 units) at a shoe game (Split 8's to 4 hands and doubled on two of them only to see the dealer make a 5 card 21). Fluctuations can come fast and furious sometimes.

I've seen seconds dealing and he didn't look like he was doing it. No odd snapping noises either. He was an annoying jerk, though.

I was betting proportional to the count, six units at +6, etc. I could have capped my betting at six units and bet six at +9 as well, but wanted to hit as hard as possible. Looks like I missed the casino and hit my bankroll instead. :(

I lost 320 units in about 4 hours a few weeks back. Although you could narrow that 4 hours down to only three shoes if you wanted to. On a positive note last night I reached an all new high point for lifetime win. SM
