Wong's freepage vs Don's freepage

New posters here will appreciate Wong's freepage a lot more than Don's freepage.
Here's my story. Don invited me to post on his website. I accepted and posted (for the references of my 2 posts, see line# 8 and 10 down below.) After I had posted there 3 times, I hate their "holding practices," especially after my 3rd post which has been held in abeyance (it fails to show up on their freepage since last night.) The irony is...Don invites me over there, but their "holding practices" turns me off. So I quit posting at Don's freepage from now on because of their lousy holding practices. By the way, I rather have my post busted than held in abeyance.

Note to Don's management: Look, if you want newcomers to your website, you better have an improved system than what you have right now.

As a newcomer, how would you like if your post was held in abeyance without any idea of why? If the newcomer's post is unacceptable to you guys, then let him know. He would revise the post to your posting standards. But holding a newcomer's post in abeyance is definitely a no no!

Note to the Whitechippers: I appreciate Wong's website a lot more after my bad experiences with Don's website.

Had a similar problem. They kept claiming I could post anytime I wanted. But my posts _never_ showed up.

I assume you mean Parker's Pages; not Don's pages. The "holding practices" that you speak of are only until you set up a profile. You can't post at all on bj21 until you get a password. Of course if you continue to post pictures of Bush's face on Osama bin Laden's head; you can continue to expect to see your posts busted on bj21 and not appearing at all on advantageplayer.com.

Why?

Because you post pictures here that don't link? Because you post two year old email hoaxes here that others have to take the time to verify for you? Because they need a flow-chart to keep up with your handle that has been bouncing around more than Anna Nicole Smith in a loose dress? Because you seem obsessive/compulsive about regaling them of some prior standing you had in the community while at the same time chastizing them for trying to 'guess who you are?'

I'm been appreciating the hell out of all that.

Maybe the personal invitation to join Don's pages was actually to join .. Don's pages! It'll cost you a little, but hey, not all of us got 'personal invitations' to join. Better pony-up.
