If the system exists, there is a pretty good chance someone somewhere is using it (or trying to use it). For blackjack, I expect most counters are using either Hi-Lo or KO. Both systems will get the money and are relatively simple to implement.
Flash-
No offense intended-I'm sure you're a most skilled professional blackjack player-but Kiss III does get the money-end of story.
Best of luck to you.
*ALL* the counting systems "get the money", and Flash is absolutely right. The question is whether one is easier or more effective than another, and there's plenty of room for debate there.
As for the original question, Hi-Lo is almost certainly the most popular method.
Flash is wrong when he declares "Nonsense",and as I understand it he's a professional poker player not a professional blackjack player. Actually the bottom line here is that counting cards isn't atom splitting and so many people try to make it seem that it is-which I'm sure delights the casinos.
Good luck!
The dfference in expected EV from any of the accepted counts is fractions of a penny per hand-if not fractions of a penny per dozens of hands. Add to that the likelihood of additional mistakes due to fatigue from dividing the running count by the number of decks left in play and it's easy to see why one should use an unbalanced count and just get the $$$.
