Also check eBay. The products at GGS are a higher quality, but expensive. You can get a shoe on eBay for about $25, at gamblers general store they start at $89.

Look up "gambling supplies" in the yellow pages. I know that you can buy a shoe in Biloxi, Tunica, or Vegas. They run about $25.

I bought a very nice Blackjack set on ebay a year ago. Including a very nice real casino quality acryl shoe, a discard tray, 6 decks, a felt, cut cards, and an automatic 6-deck shuffling machine it cost me around $70.
Just search for blackjack set or blackjack shoe on ebay.
I don't know about discard trays, but some casino gift shops have them. If you have gift shop comps, you can get one for free. I picked one up a couple of years ago at the Sheraton in Tunica for my brother-in-law. It was a good quality shoe, that seemed to be the same thing they use on the floor, except it was clear plastic.
