I'm not suggesting or advocating this but what happens? Don't they have your bank account information and authorization to get the marker paid based on your credit application? Will closing that account after taking out the marker thwart this? Is a gambling debt such as this a legally enforceable debt? Does state law differ on this and is the state of jurisdiction Nevada or your home state? Will non-payment impact your credit rating? Can the casino sue you? What other collections options do they have?
It would seem that they would get the word out to all casinos that you are deadbeat but what else can they do to you and your reputation?
