Can NOT conclude that you were cheated
Many posters have said "Yes this is an unusual event, therefore you were cheated." I disagree.
Rare events happen. Suppose your house got hit by lightning. Now you can look up the odds of that happening. Would you say "This is So unlikely, does this mean that God was punishing me? Does it mean that my ex-wife put a hex on me? Are the terrorists out to get me?"
I would say, somebody has to be unlucky enough to hit by lightening, it jus6t happened to be you.
Before determining if you were cheated, we should know a little bit more about the situation. Was this a regulated casino? How strong is the regulatory body.
You said this was a Shoe game, so it is unlikely that anyone is dealing seconds. Was there any evidence of false dealing? Did the dealer use selective hole card techniques.
Did you count down the Shoes. Did they usually end in a high running count (indicating that pack had been shorted)?
I think is good that you are suspicious of cheating. I think you look for evidence of cheating. But I wouldn't conclude that you were cheated without additional evidence.
Look I once played a Shoe broke 20 times in a row. What are the odds of that happening. Did that mean that the dealer was cheating for the players?
