WAR! what is it good for???

So, I have been playing blackjack for a few months now....getting better at my strategies, But I was wondering if there was a way to bring these strategies to other table games, for example, War. I realize that war is mostly luck, but could there be a counting system for it. Just like BJ if theres a high count that means more high cards...and the same with a low count. I realize a good count isnt gonna garentee me a win in war...but the same goes for bj, just cause its a high count doesnt garentee a good hand. now I know counting is a LOT different when it comes to bj, but I dont see it completly impossible for you to be able to develope a good strategy for war. Any thoughts? And remember Im fairly new to this whole thing so go easy on me!

The house gets its advantage from ties. The house advantage is reduced when the probability of a tie is reduced. Seemingly paradoxically, this happens when ties DON'T happen.

For example, in a 6 deck game, the probability of a tie is 7.3955%.
If the first two cards are the same, the probability of a tie is now 7.3974%. However, if they are different, the probability of a tie is 7.3953%.

But as long as there is the possibility of a tie, the house has the advantage. In the very unlikely best case scenario, where there are no pairs remaining, the house no longer has an advantage, but neither do you. This would also require them dealing to less than 13 cards.

Now, if the cards are weakly shuffled and you do card sequencing, you might be able to know whether your next card is going to be high or not.

It tells you that you have a big advantage when you have a big card. Duh.

Trying to use sequencing to beat war is a hell of a lot more complicated. If you have a 100% exposed next-card situation or some other accurate means of determining future deals the decision is obvious anyway.

I got thirty dollars for a ten dollar withdrawal at an ATM yesterday, I had a 300% advantage in that situation.
