The person who posted this should think twice. So should anyone who is considering responding. Soliciting blackjack partners over the internet is more dangerous than you may realize. Remember that trust is the first and most important ingredient in a partner. You are going to exchange details about your wealth, the cash you possess, the manner in which you store or transport it; eventually you may share action and have to rely on one another's reported gambling results. Counting cards with a partner you do not know intimately is a formula for going broke, or worse.
The best approach is to train friends or relatives you already trust completely.
I would think that playing in oklahoma would be a great Idea,I know of a few games that are a gold mine for counters.As far as trust and looking for people that i know allready..well,,i am in oklahoma,everyone i try to talk to about it insistes that card counting is either impossible or for math genius's.I would not need to know alot about the person,,maybee exchange email and meet and talk over the details,,i would prefer to be the table counter and let them walk in and the the high roller and meet after its done,or somthing like that.I am young and young looking so i probabbly wouldnt be a very good High roller,,anyone serioslly interested please contact me.

Don't all the Oklahoma games have a per-hand collection? If so, the games are essentially unplayable except at stakes so high that the small casinos wouldn't let you play long, if at all.
