Vegas Towers online scam

Listen to this for another ecasino scam.

This week Vegas Towers offered me an 80% bonus on anything up to 100$ deposit,well i deposited 90$ then wagered over 90(as you have to wager deposit to receive the bonus) and did not receive any bonus.
I sent numerous emails and eventually received a reply saying that they never offered such a bonus and want me to foward the promo email to prove i received such an offer!

Talk about a bunch of absolute scum!This is a new low.

Just thought i would warn anyone thinking of playing at this scumbag joint.

If you legitimately were offered the bonus then you'll probably get it. Don't start sending them nasty emails until you go back and forth with them a time or two. They add the bonus at the end of the promo. This is a Fortune Lounge group casino and I have rarely heard anything bad at all about these guys.

I had to send DOZENS of emails, not to mention faxes of my drivers license, birth certificate, my mother's maiden name, and God knows what else, to get my money EIGHTEEN MONTHS LATER (the tropica scandal). This from a highly recommended, respected MicroGaming casino. Make sure all your is are dotted and ts are crossed. Be prepared to do lots of BEGGING. This is the rule, not the exception. They are hoping you will get discouraged and go away.

Possibly, but I've been paid by Vegas Towers and every casino in that network...usually with this sort of thing you get your money if you are persistent. Its kind of fraud-by-intransigent adminitration-they are hoping you will give up and go away but cave in when it is clear you won't.

If you aren't prepared to deal with this sort of frustrating bureacracy its probably not a good idea to bet online, it comes with the territory.

Anyway i have eventually received the bonus,and have to wager 800$ to cash in,only 5X(D+B) which is very low these days.So i was optimistic.
but they added insult to injury and i lost the bonus flat betting 2$.
