hi. im wondering about the best places to look for quality info about how to structure and run a team, especially how to organize and determine optimum spreads for the spotters and counters, etc.
for example, let's say you have 5 players w/ a 25k bankroll, playing in standard, 6 deck shoe games. 4 spotters and big player. or 3/2. off the top of my head, i'd say (assuming a 10 min table) maybe the spotters could either flat bet or spread anywhere up to 1-12. i hate the idea of sacrificing ev here, but perhaps it's necessary. ideally, i'd like the spotters to play winning bj as well. perhaps bp comes in at +3ish (or higher), spreading in 100-200. this would be fairly modest, but still sure to turn a reasonable profit assuming everything runs smoothly.
like i said, though,i just spit these #'s out of my *ss, which is why im posting. i would greatly appreciate any assistance in how to best formulate the optimum spreads, etc. for any given group of teammates, bankrolls, etc. im sure cv, etc. could definitely be useful. perhaps someone with a like interest (or experience, wisdom, etc) could discuss this with me privately. just really looking for some good basic guidance in where best to seek and obtain good info on the topic.
anyway, i'd appreciate any useful, wise responses on how best to pursue answers to the above queries. thank you much.
