Until somebody else produces "better", to get you started I have Pete Moss algebraic approximations for 1 deck, H17, NDAS, NS. I don't have 10 splits. Insurance was calculated using an under-tested implementation of ET Fan's algebraic approximation for unbalanced counts.
Insurance:
1 deck: -2.7.
2+ decks: -1, which matches up well with High-Low's +3.
Assuming IRC = -pivot
16v10 = -4
16v9 = 2 (probably 0 for S17)
16vA = -2
15v10 = 0
15v9 = 6
15vA = 0
13v2 = -4
13v3 = -5
12v2 = 0
12v3 = -1
12v4 = -3
12v5 = -5
12v6 = -7
10v10 = -1
10vA = -2
11vA = -7 (probably -3 for S17)
9v2 = -3
9v7 = 0
These match up well against Four Deck High-Low - 4, from
