This is the game I often play, but I noticed something subtle in your description of sim conditions, that is, there are 4 players at the table. I usually play solo or with only one other player.
That's one of the conditions required for SCORE. See BJA3 Chapter 9.
To be fair, I haven’t learned ROR and SCORE. I only read a few paragraphs about these, in which George C invented a mathematical formula for ROR as a function of EV and SD, but I haven’t understood it. For now, I do not understand why four players at the table is a requirement for calculating SCORES.
I will study up.
It won't make any significant difference if you have a lone player. The chapter 10 sims attempt to replicate real-world conditions. It's not a good idea to play a show game alone.
