Their editor must have done a number
I must say I didn't read ALL of the book must the parts I read seemed a bit over the top. One section they are at the Grand Victoria Casino, where I deal,(there were there by the way and played there a lot), but one story talks about one of the players betting every spot and kicking his feet up on table waiting for a chip fill to be paid out. HMMM...don't think so. Now, he may have won a lot of money but we have always had a 3 spot maximum first of all, and secondly, you can't put your feet up on the table. Come on, thats just being uncivilized in a place of business. We don't cater to anyone special at our casino. For example, Michael Jordan won't come anymore because he wanted a table by himself and he was told that our casino does not reserve tables. We CAN make it a $200 minimum but thats it. We don't even have the "No midshoe entry" signs. But to get back on topic, I'm sure the basis of their stories are true but the editor of the book, I'm sure told them to strech the anecdote a little to make the book readable and interesting.
