Team play advice.

Three of us are about to begin playing as a team at several casinos within a 60 mile radius. I've read about the M.I.T. team also Al Francesco and Ken Uston. My question is this: Is it best to simply divide by three (there will be 3 of us) the winnings after each winning session or to have a longer range goal in mind and divide it up when it happens? Thanks for any information.

if you all have equal investments doesn't matter. Just chop up the win or loss at the end of the trip however you want. If you all have unequal investments then you need to allocate most of the win/loss based on investment with a far portion based on either hours played or win contribution. The longer term your bank lasts the more equitable the split between investors and players can be. People often say the "industry standard" is a 50-50 split between investors and players and in that I'd strongly disagree. Investors should never take less than 60% of the win and for very short term banks never less than 80%.

far from bumping into bet limit ceilings with your current bankroll and would eventually like to test them where you currently play (or travel to other casinos where you can bet higher) you could start growing your bankroll now. If you plan on keeping your bets around where they are now then growing your bankroll isn't much of a factor unless you hit some significantly bad fluctuations. That's a comfortable ROR you have.
