records indicate that I am above expectation at Bighorn for this year. I don't play there often because it is hard to get any kind of real money down, plus I am not crazy about the area, so my results are based on just under 300 rounds. I certainly wouldn't attempt to draw any conclusions from such a small sample size.
I would just say that if you are really convinced of your claim, you should file a complaint with the Nevada Gaming Commission.
Your claim seems unlikely to me for two reasons. One, Bighorn doesn't get that much action on blackjack. If caught, the penalty for this action would be much greater than what it was worth. Second, Bighorn's clientele is made up of almost all local. The type of players that visit every week or even everyday. It wouldn't take long for these players to suspect they were being cheated and then they would have no clientele. Again, the risk is not worth the reward.
But, when there is a very small circle of people involved in the operation, such as there is a bighorn, anything is possible.
