Surrender, or not to Surrender?
Assuming "Late Surrender" is an option, your hands are player 16 vs 9,10,A, and 15 vs 9,10,A, and 14 vs 10,A. Some systems say to Surrender these hands at given TC's, other systems say to simply surrender regardless of counts! Which action is the correct decision? Surrender regardless of counts, or use the TC as the indicator?
