They will pay lots of attention to you, but..
I wouldn't call it extremely sweaty, at least not in the same sense as Barbary Coast or Orleans. They really do try to distract you - they ask lots of questions, and generally make it as hard as possible for you to focus if you are counting, but it wasn't completely obnoxious like the Barbary or Orleans can be. And they were much busier than either of those two older properties.
The pen is lousy (like LVBear says) so one must be very aggressive with early bet raises at low plus-counts. If you insist on playing BJ there, be ready with lots of money to weather the fluctuations, and lots of conversation to deal with while you are playing.
Note to casino folks from there: I stayed and played lots of craps, only because your dealers and staff were pretty friendly, overall.
