You did the RIGHT move
Don't you worry about a TC+2. That's not a big deal.
You should have left that table even sooner. When youve been up $425, my standard would have told me to quit that dealer at 33% lost of my profit. I don't care if the TC is one million. I would have left that table with about $300 after losing 3 bets of ($50, $50, $25) thats the sequence. I would have cut my third bet down to $25 regardless of the count and left the table with 3 black chips.
You have to monitor in a close range at all times your progress as follow:
1.How many hands have I won in the last couple of decks? If I won less then 50% Ive got to change table!
2. Have I got in any winning streaks? If not, Ive got to change table!
3.Did I got big cards on my doubling downs? If not, Ive got to change table!
4.Did the dealer got busted more on positive counts? If not, Ive got to change table!
5.Whos busting first? I or the dealer? If is me, Ive got to change table!
6.Did the dealer is showing up big up-cards more that would be normal? If yes, Ive got to change table!
7.Did I got the normal ratio of BJs and double downs opportunities? If not, Ive got to change table!
8.How often the dealer is making 19s 20s and 21s? If more then normal, Ive got to change table!
Counter, Supper Counter or even the best BJ player in the world, you do not win without getting the cards at the key moments. Who cares if the count gets up to +20 and you can bet your MAX without any heat? If you do not get the cards but the dealer is the one whos getting more then would be normal while beating you most of the time, you have to consider this a deviation from the norm and change table.
Pay attention at # 6 question: Did the dealer is showing up big up-cards more that would be normal? This alone can be disastrous for the player! It would produce the most useless busts ever. It is very hard to play against the T all the time. It will make you hit most of your hands and put some big restrictions on double downs. The #6 alone has got to be your cardinal guide if you continue playing at that table or if you depart and look for another one.
