About 6 years ago I was short changed when coloring up at Harrah's "Wild Wild West". I failed to notice until I was at the cage a few minutes later. I had been given some black that should have been purple. I angrily proceeded to the ("nonexistent") N.J.C.C.C. booth. My complaint was politely listened to, and less than a minute later I was walked back over to the table that I had just left. When the agent asked about my being incorrectly "colored up" the Pit Critter said that he saw "nothing unusual." The agent told us both that he would review the tape. I waited about 20 minutes. Afterwards I was approached by the a man identifying himself as the casino shift manager. He was gushing with apologies and offers of R.F.B. comps. He had dragged along the (now embarrassed) Pit Critter, who was mumbling apologies as he stared at his feet.
First, it's Bally's WWW not Harrah's? If not, then I don't know why they and Showboat let me play so long. That's a moot point anyway.
Second, I can't POSSIBLY see how you, the dealer, the floor, and the eye if bothering to look, mistaking several purple for black at color up, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt - unless you are talking about tens of thousands being stacked, but then the eye would of definitely watched. If so, they may have been screwing you over too! Look, until you so graciously point it out, at best it's only a mistake for them, or then it just goes unnoticed.
Third, from what you've written, I take it you weren't identified as an advantage player. And if you were and you show your face around too much, they get nasty. They get real annoyed. They become a different animal. I have a lot of experience at AC with this. I can tell you my incident was a signal saying get the hell out! They can get away with this shit because at best it will look like an accident.
I know what I am talking about
