It is my understanding that the only tables would indicate NEVER to play. That game is bad news. They take out the tens or something.

According to WoO, with reasonably generous rules your EV using BS is in the -0.38% to -0.40% range. Thus, to get positive EV, you'll need to develop some type of card counting method.
